The AMMA Board election nomination period is open

The AMMA Board election nomination period is open now through January 30th. The vast majority of AMMA members are Home Mead Makers, who have always pushed the envelope and continue to advance our hobby, with many going professional. If you want to help define the future of American Mead Making, please put forth your name or nominate another mead maker. The following three positions are open for election in 2023, to serve 2-year terms:
* President
* Treasurer
* Industry Member

To nominate yourself or someone else for any of these positions, please send an email to Josh at execdirector@mead-makers.org through January 30th (11:59 PST) to submit your nomination.

The AMMA Home Governing Committee has some exciting Mead Matters episodes planned in 2023, and we're starting things out with a bang! On Wednesday, January 25th at 8pm EST we’re hosting a panel featuring the last 3 National Mead Makers of the Year: Josh Holbrook, Allen Martin and Adam Bystrom. We’ll be talking approach, competitions, inventory management, fine tuning, challenges, and other Q&A.

With the help of our members, we've had another year of excellent growth for both the association and the industry as a whole.
