Vendors:
We have vendor space in the conference center near the lecture / presentation room.  Sponsor meaderies can set up a table and display in the vendor area.   We will have a time where the hotel will be pouring samples of sponsor meadery meads and will be promoting this time block to get the public in for trying mead.
Additional Event: 
There will be a mead dinner Saturday night.  We are working with the hotel for a multi course dinner coordinated with mead.  We will use select meads from sponsor meaderies. This will be ticketed separately and promoted locally.  Attendees will have a discount code.
