The Colony Meadery has been in operation for over 10 years, and recently moved their production facility inside the Weyerbacher brewery in Easton, Pennsylvania. They offer a wide variety of traditional and session meads as well as a new type of ‘honey wine cooler’ that they’re running in limited supply.
